Terms of Purchase

1. Ordering Information:

We do not have a minimum order requirement. However, savings can be achieved by ordering larger volume sizes (where available), as well as our free shipping offer (within Australia) for orders over $99.00 AUD.

All orders are to be placed via our website, or via email for bulk/trade purchases.

No verbal orders or telephone orders will be accepted to avoid miscommunication and disclosure of personal information.

For Australian Customers, price includes 10% GST.

We reserve the right to change product prices on the website without notice. However, once orders are confirmed and paid for, we will honour the price listed at the time of ordering.

Once an order is confirmed and paid for, any changes will be treated as a new order.

2. Payments:

All orders must be paid for and cleared by accounts before shipment.

Payments can be made via Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard) and PayPal.

We do not accept cheque payments.

Your checkout page is protected by SSL to protect your credit card information. Checkout pages are also Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128 bit SSL encryption.

3. Freight and Delivery

We can ship to all States and Territories within Australia only. We do not currently ship to International addresses.

Price does not include shipping charges. A Flat Rate Shipping charge applies to all individual order totals equal or less than AUD$99.00. Orders of $100.00 AUD or more qualify for free shipping.

We ship goods using Australia Post, our nominated service provider for Australian customers.

All orders should be checked and any discrepancy or error must be lodged within three (3) days of receipt of goods. Refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a delivery charge to re-ship the order.

Liability

Products sold are not for human ingestion or consumption or to be used for any health related claims. They are for external use only, following the recommended safety guidelines, and not for any other intended purpose. Wild Oils Tasmania shall not be held liable for the use of our products which are contrary to the above statement.
