RETURNS POLICY
We believe in the quality of our products, however, if there is a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately at wildoilstas@gmail.com and we can discuss a refund or exchange where applicable (see below).
All orders should be checked and any discrepancy or error must be lodged within three (3) days of receipt of goods.
Faulty or Damaged Products:
If the product is faulty or damaged, and the fault lies with Wild Oils Tasmania, please photograph the item immediately upon receipt and email a copy to wildoilstas@gmail.com. We can then discuss a plan of action and refund or exchange options.
Refunds or exchanges apply to unused products only.
Missing or Incorrect Products:
Whilst the utmost care is taken with each order, if we make a mistake and accidentally pack the wrong product, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at wildoilstas@gmail.com, and we can arrange to rectify the situation, at our expense.
Returning Items:
If we have asked you to return an item to us, please pack carefully back into the original box you received it in. You may not qualify for a refund if the item was poorly packaged and liable to damage in return transit.
Refund timeframe:
If a refund is due to you, once we process your refund, you should receive it within 3-5 business days.
